Does Cascade Gardens have a Tour service tour desk?

Yes, we have a large tour desk to choose from our many beautiful day tours to all of the attractions that are available in tropical Cairns, we have extensive knowledge of all the wonderful tours and happy to chat with and advise you on all the activities.

We also encourage you to wait until you arrive to book your tours so we can help you choose the right tour for you to have the best experience. We offer discount on tour bookings if guests book two tours with our staff.

Is there internet and Wi-Fi available?

We have good strong fee Fi Wi available to all our guests for all areas of the complex. It’s simple to use with just one pass word for all your electronic devices. You will receive your password on check in.

What is the check-in and check-out times?

Normal check-in time is 2.00pm, however if you arrive early and the apartment is available we are happy for you to check-in early. If we have guests in the apartments the night before then we will have the apartment ready for you as quickly as possible after they depart at 10.00am and we would be happy to look after your luggage until check-in is available.

Normal check-out time is 10.00am, if you require a later departure time this will be subject to availability on the day.

Is the pool heated?

No. Due to the tropical warm weather all year round the pool doesn’t require heating.

What are your office hours?

We open reception at 9.00am every day except Christmas Day and Good Friday and we close at 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturday, Sunday. We are closed public holidays.

We do have a 24 afters hours service and for public holidays so we are always contactable.

Can you store our bags?

Yes we do have baggage storage available. These arrangements can be made at reception to allow you to enjoy your day till your flight time whilst leaving your bags in our storage area.

If we were to arrive after your office is closed, how do we gain access?

We do have an after-hours procedure which is very simple, once we have processed your booking we will send you a confirmation letter and the after-hours access information will be attached catch- We also provide the afterhours contact number for our afterhours team should you need any assistance.
